Precinct 5 - Development Framework

Development in Precinct 5 will provide for high quality access to the boulevard, with landscaped gardens, canopy trees and boulevard planting.

Building heights will increase closer to the FMAC and on the eastern side of the Nepean Highway.

Development on the highway’s west side will be lower scale and set back from Kananook Creek to respond to its sensitive interface.
