Mobile Food Van Procurement Guidelines endorsed by Council

On 21 August 2023, Council endorsed new Mobile Food Van Procurement Guidelines.

These Guidelines apply to all businesses who wish to operate a mobile food van for the sale of food and/or beverages on designated public land.

Thank you for your participation in this process. We invite you to review the new Guidelines and Engagement Report.

In addition to endorsing the recommendations from the published Engagement Report, Councillors also requested that the following changes be made to endorsed final Guidelines:

  1. The License Term is an option for operators to choose from: 12 months or 24 months.
