Plans for the new aligned Hill Street access roadway into Jubilee Park will incorporate 63 formalised asphalt surfaced car parking spaces, including 2 accessible car parking spaces located at the pavilion end of the road.

In addition a further informal 20 gravel parallel car parking spaces will be provided as overflow parking along the existing Hill Street gravel track. The realignment facilitates the enlargement of the former Trotting Track playing field into an oval which can cater for formal AFL, AFLW and cricket competition.

It will also provide improved access into the redeveloped Kevin Collopy pavilion including the integration of new public toilets and a new Curators building.
