What is proposed?
Proposed improvements to Langwarrin Equestrian Reserve in the draft Master Plan include:
- New clubroom and storage shed.
- Grade 1 and 2 cross-country trails.
- Walking trails and revegetation.
- Improved site layout including parking.

The sunken road XC jump is an excellent technical facility, an unusual jump. Do not destroy it for the new water jump. Keep old water jump.

It looks good. Please note a lot of locals walk their dogs through the area too. Perhaps a small off lead dog park could be considered.
