• Project update

Construction was completed in December 2022

About the project

Orwil Reserve is located at the corner of Orwil Street and Cricklewood Avenue in Frankston. The play equipment has reached the end of its useful life and no longer provides adequate play opportunities.

The Frankston City Play Strategy (2021) recommends a new community level play space should be designed for Orwil Reserve as a priority, along with general park improvement works.

We prepared a Draft Concept Plan to illustrate the new play space and park improvements - please see the Document Library on the right hand side of this page to view the draft plan.

Share your feedback on the proposed concept design

We want your input and ideas to help us finalise the playground and park improvement plan for Orwil Reserve. Tell us what is important for you in the park and help shape the design. We'll then finalise the concept design and start construction in 2022.
