Noel Reserve is located on the corner of Noel Road and Jarman Drive in Langwarrin. The small neighbourhood park currently has little open space amenity with few trees, park furniture or gardens.

The Local Park Action Plan identifies Noel Reserve as a key priority to create a more meaningful and useful neighbourhood park.

We have prepared a draft concept plan to illustrate proposed improvements at Noel Reserve and are seeking your feedback and ideas to help us finalise the design. Key features include:

• Tree planting
• Seating and new park signage
• Paths and improved accessibility
• New rock terrace and gardens

Please note, a play space is not proposed at Noel Reserve as the nearest play space is located a short distance away at nearby Northgateway Reserve and Fernwood Reserve.
