Deliberative Community Panel Engagement Report

We are please to share the final report with outcomes of the following deliberative process undertaken in 2024:

  • In September 2024, Council and the Community Panel undertook stage 2a deliberation to review the Frankston City 2040 Community Vision and inform development of the Council and Wellbeing Plan (2025‐29). Frankston City 2040 sets the community’s vision and aspirations that the Council and the community will work towards to deliver a shared future towards 2040.
  • In November 2024, after caretaker period, Council and the Community Panel undertook stage 2b deliberation to inform development of the Council and Wellbeing Plan (2025-29) and review of the Financial Plan 2021-2031 and Asset Plan 2023-2032.
